About This Role

The Business Development Specialist is a member of the Americas Multi Country Team, will strengthen the business development capacity of the Bolivia Country Office (CO) and provide support to the Regional Business Development Specialist for the Americas.

Required Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant business development experience with international development organization(s).
• Demonstrated representation and networking experience.
• Demonstrated prior experience preparing donor proposals.
• Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of bi-lateral and multilateral donors, corporate donors and/or foundations, and grant making policies and procedures, grants management processes, and regulations
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM or DRM management software preferred
