En dicho certamen se establecieron los principios de la educaci\u00f3n ambiental en el marco de los programas de las NNUU. Se aprob\u00f3 la Carta de Belgrado, en la cual se plasman los objetivos fundamentales de la Educaci\u00f3n Ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Este art\u00edculo escrito por Juan Eduardo Gil Mora.
