de la sociedad civil que naci\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2009 para promover enlaces, sinergias y acciones de <strong>desarrollo rural de base campesina ind\u00edgena en la regi\u00f3n sudamericana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El IPDRS ejecuta proyectos, realiza consultor\u00edas y evaluaciones y gestiona servicios de fortalecimiento de capacidades de desarrollo rural en
