posicion\u00e1ndose como asuntos estrat\u00e9gicos que marcan el desarrollo del siglo XXI a trav\u00e9s de su comprensi\u00f3n como fen\u00f3meno global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es evidente que se han intensificado las consecuencias ambientales, sociales, econ\u00f3micas y culturales del cambio clim\u00e1tico en relaci\u00f3n a las diversas dimensiones tanto a nivel global como regional, por ello
